You need to do ~13 and a bit runs (instead of 5) with most runs being around 30 tasks completed each and spending under 600 pots of gold a run on average (you'll need to skip 2 of the most expensive manager tasks per run). Optimised runs require you to both be fast and frugal - skipping unnecessary managers and tasks that add time to your runs. But it'll only be 1-2 more kits without diamonds than if you take it easy and just do 5ish runs of most tasks (not all - skip the worst gold expenditures and perhaps some of the last ones) and buy rounds of 6 chests for 1900 pots at the end of stages. If you truly want the maximum amount of selection kits a fair amount of optimization is required.
